Hello all lovely ladies there!
New launches definitely excite us. Isn’t it? And when these new launches come from our beloved L’Oreal, at least me always give them a shot without a second thought. So today here I am presenting newly launched L’Oreal Paris mat magique all-in-one matte transforming powder.
Let’s see how it fared on me….
Product Name– L’Oreal Paris Mat Magique All-In-One Matte Transforming Powder

My Thoughts on L’Oreal Paris Mat Magique Powder ?
Packaging-
This pressed powder comes in a attractive packaging. I would say that the outer paper box packaging is more attractive than the case of the compact. The deep pink-fuchsia mixed color makes it too attractive. The compact case is made from transparent plastic and it has a separate chamber for the sponge applicator. The compact powder also comes with a mirror and I am happy with this travel friendly and sleek packaging! But the applicator is not at all up to the mark and not that soft too. So I use powder brushes to use it.
Shade & Texture-
Well, I am reviewing the shade Golden Ivory (G2) which is a medium toned shade with yellow undertone to it. Very dusky skins may not get their perfect match from this range. The texture is very fine and it blends easily on the skin. It doesn’t feel heavy on my skin and doesn’t oxidize too.
Performance & Staying power–
It claims to contain SPF-34 PA++ but I never skip my sunscreen so really can’t comment on the sun protection part. But I don’t think a powder is enough to protect your skin from harmful UVA and UVB. The 12 hour shine free claim is exaggerated! My oily skin gets again oily after approximately 3 hours. So I have to retouch after 3-4 hours. But this is really a good budget option for oily skin girls as it controls oils to some extent and gives a sheer coverage too.
What I Like- 🙂
- Budget friendly option
- Comes with a travel friendly packaging
- Fine texture helps to blend properly
- Gives a very sheer coverage
- Golden ivory is a good match with my skin tone
- Comes with SPF 34 PA ++
- Keeps face oil free for 3 hours
- Comes with a good quality mirror
What I Dislike- 🙁
- The applicator is of no use
- I have to retouch after 3-4 hours
- Not wide shade selections
