Himalaya Purifying Neem Face Wash Review and Prices
(Author ~ Pallavi)
Here I am with a simple and daily based skin care product. This is none other than face wash which you can use on daily basis. Every day in the morning you need something to cleanse and freshen up your face. So, your face wash is really important for your day ahead. And I am a dry skinned girl so mostly I go for moisturising face wash or moisturizing scrubs most of the time. This time I decided to try face wash from the house of Himalaya. I have not tried many products from Himalaya and since their face washes are quite popular especially this one. So, I just gave this one a try.
Without further delay let’s jump on to the review of this famous product – Himalaya Herbals Purifying Neem Face wash.

MY REVIEW –
Packaging: It cones in number of sizes right from 15 ml. to 300 ml. This way I find it quite perfect to choose the tube size as per my occasion and availability. The face wash comes in an easy peasy tube packaging. It is white and transparent which makes the product easy to see through. You can easily see the amount of product left inside the tube. The tube contains the product details in quite descriptive form. The opening is simple flip flop packaging which has a tiny hole in the middle. It controls the amount of face wash dispensed.
Texture: The texture of this neem based face wash is very creamy. The face wash is also transparent just like the tube. It has slight very tiny green granules in them. I think it might be of neem. It is more on the thicker side so you need to dilute it with water to spread it easily all over your face.
Fragrance: The face wash smells a bit like neem. But nothing too strong. So, sensitive noses need not worry.
Formula : The first day when I took this face wash in my hand, I felt it is too thick. It needs to be diluted with water to get the desired consistency. Once it is diluted it spreads easily on your face. But it is too moisturizing and not at all scrubbing. I feel it’s a boon for the dry skinned people as it is really difficult to find a moisturising face wash.
Effects : But yes it prevented breakouts. And that is a major yayyy point for both acnes and oily skinned beauties. Why Oily skinned beauties??? Because the neem extracts in this face cleanses and reduces the oil on your face gradually. I and my mother both tried this face wash and gradually we realised that it suited us both beautifully. For my dry skin it was moisturizing and for my mom’s matured acne and slightly oily skin it cleansed her face thoroughly. This face wash lasted us for about 2 months and she didn’t experienced any fresh breakouts actually her old acnes were also reduced with time.
Conclusion – Overall, for me this face wash is a must try for almost all the skin tones it has goods for all the skin types in itself.
